From Wed 1st July we're re-opening for sit down painting!

We are very excited to welcome all our customers old and new back to the studio.

To adhere to all the recommended guidelines and advice for Covid - 19 there will be a few changes in the studio. We ask for your understanding and patience as we find our new normal!

Bookings

• Tables can now be booked for a one and a half hour slot only. We have 15 mins between bookings to allow us sufficient time to clean and sanitize the area before setting up again. We are encouraging customers to arrive 10 mins before their booking time. This gives you time to choose your pottery pieces and allows the full time slot to be used for painting.​

• Each table has allocated time slots over the day and these times are staggered to reduce the amount of customers arriving and leaving at the same time. 

​

• Walk in customers can only be accommodated if we have a free time slot. We recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

​

• If you or anyone in your group is feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms associated with Covid-19 we would ask that you please re-schedule your booking. If anyone in your group is unwell on arrival you will be asked to reschedule your booking to another time.

At the table

​

• One member of your group will be required to fill out a Contact Tracing Form. This is necessary for traceability in the event that someone becomes ill with Covid 19. 

​

• We will no longer have paint and accessories on the tables. Instead a member of staff will assist you in getting your paint colours and will provide you with brushes, water etc. Please ask if you need anything extra while you are painting as it is advisable to remain seated at your table unless absolutely necessary.

• Customers are advised to remain seated unless using bathroom facilities, paying or on entering and leaving. Please respect the 2 metre social distancing guidelines in regards to other customers and staff.​

​

• We are still serving hot and cold drinks and snacks. Please ask and we will bring it to you at the table.

Hygiene and Sanitation

​

• As of Monday 20th July, per the latest Government recommendations, we ask all customers entering the Studio to wear a face mask.  Staff will also be wearing masks or face shields.

​

• Please use the hand sanitizer provided when entering and leaving the studio.

​

• Please practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette in the studio.

​​

​

• A clear perspex screen is in place at the counter and contactless payment is available. Our card reader is cleaned and sanitized after each transaction.

• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of bathroom facilities will take place throughout the day.

​

• Painting equipment will only be used by one customer/table per day. Everything will be soaked and sterilised overnight before being reused.

We appreciate your help in following these new guidelines, it's essential for us at the moment in order to keep our customers and staff safe, healthy and happy.
