Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellations & Refunds:

For services that require a deposit when booking.

Due to limited spaces we ask you that you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. This gives us a chance to offer your booking slot to someone else.

Cancellations can be made via email or phone.

​

Cancellations made in advance of 48 hours of your appointment will receive a 100% refund.

​

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. However, if possible, we will reschedule your booking or you can transfer your booking to a friend.

​

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel and cannot offer an alternative appointment, you will receive a full refund.
